    Gordon, I was wondering if you ever thought of publishing a cookbook for diabetics(type 1). I have a soon-to-be 11yr old son with diabetes and it\’s hard to cook for him something he would like other than chicken nuggets (which drives me crazy). I love food, the way it tastes, smells, and looks when done properly. This is why I am such a big fan of yours and I really want to open up the door to good food, so my son knows that there\’s more to food than chicken nuggets and plain hamburgers.
